Selection Process

Multiple times per year, Endeavor’s rigorous, multi-step selection process concludes with International Selection Panels (ISPs) where business leaders interview and select the next class of Endeavor Entrepreneurs.

NOMINATION
  • Search | Proactive search by Endeavor employees
  • Referrals | Referrals from the Endeavor network
  • Application | Online application or self-nomination

INITIAL REVIEW/ FIRST OPINION REVIEW (FOR)

Portfolio Manager has a one-hour meeting with the candidate to assess the candidate’s and the fit of the business with Endeavor.

SECOND OPINION REVIEW (SOR)

Senior Mentors conduct at least 5 interviews with the candidate to understand his/her personal qualities; and probe the business strategy, innovation and growth potential.

LOCAL SELECTION PANEL (LSP)

Mentors and Local Board Member interview, deliberate and select candidates to progress to the International Selection Panel (ISP).

INTERNATIONAL SELECTION PANEL (ISP)

Global business leaders interview, deliberate and select Endeavor Entrepreneurs by unanimous vote.
